NPCS; THE GUILD ENVOYS
SHIDRA A stern and righteous member of the Azorius Senate, Shidra's view is to keep a close watch on the newcomers to the city. As the Envoy of the Azorius she is polite but stern and has little interest in developing relations with the Worldwalkers; her only concern is ensuring they break no rules. She will issue a warning to Worldwalkers who break the rules of Ravnica, no matter the guild, but they will not be given a second chance: ignorance can only be an excuse the first time a rule is broken.
NENE A supposed member of House Dimir, no one knows Nene's true name - if she has one. She is less inclined to speak to the Worldwalkers unless they seem to have something to offer her first - and anything asked from her will often come at a price, something not known until it is too late. She is secretive, quiet and careful, and slinks in and out of the shadows as if she is a spirit herself, gently mocking in tone but careful with her answers.
VARYA The vampire envoy of the Cult, Varya enjoys decadence and celebration as much as her peers. She is not necessarily kind to her Worldwalkers, but she is more inclined to be gentler with them, coy and urging them to take part in the games of the City. She brings laughter to the halls where Worldwalkers arrive, her eyes drinking in all of those who come to Ravnica - no matter which guild they end up joining.
YTE A centaur from the overwhelming Gruul Clans, Yte is honest and straight to the point. She does not mind answering questions, as long as they are not time wasting, and she is inclined to be more understanding of the confusion of Worldwalkers. A master of hunting, she is the one who helps provide food and supplies to the Citadel to keep the Worldwalkers taken care of until they are well settled and comfortable. Do not ask to ride her, however, or you will receive a swift hoof to the face.
ILVOV The terse and rather intense envoy of the Simic Combine, Ilvov has little time for his Worldwalker charges, more concerned with the work he needs to do within the guilds. Focused on ensuring that the Worldwalkers understand the importance of nature he can often appear more a lecturer than guide. He spends most of his time with the rest of his Combine, researching and experimenting, but he can be found when it is of vital importance for those who have chosen the protection of the Simic upon their arrival to Ravnica.
Iorriel The kind and soft spoken envoy of the Selesnya Conclave, Iorriel is a picture of the guild's good and peace-loving image. She is paitent with her Worldwalker charges, offering them whatever aid is within her power to give, encouraging them to engage in activties that further the goals of the Conclave. However should anyone prove to be a threat to the guild or any of the enclaves within the Conclave's protection Iorriel will respond with a feorcity as wild and dangerous as the wrath of nature itself.
Syldre The enigmatic and alluring envoy of the Golgari Swarm, Syldre does not appear wholly interested in the Worldwalker charges placed under her care, choosing to do the bear minimum until they prove themselves worthy of her assistance. This makes her come off as cold and harsh as she tries to gauge the sort of person they are to choose the dark and dangerous world of the Swarm. The underworld of Ravnica is not for the faint of heart, though all things eventually rot and decay, and Syldre does not want those that can be of use to the Swarm to die needlessly in the dark.
JARREN A frank and charming member of the Izzet League, Jarren is as easy going as they come while equally being driven by an insatiable thrist for knowledge. While he does what he can for his Worldwalker charges, he often forgets to do so in favor of gathering as much information about their home worlds, skills, and other such things. He is beyond fascinated by the Worldwalkers, taking every opportunity to engage within them inbetween his duties for the League. He is also one of the minds who helped develop the tomes given to the Worldwalkers and guild envoys to help them all communicate, however will refuse any invovlement should one of them happen to explode.
TEYSA KARLOV Teysa is formal to a fault, passing on the wishes and aims of the Obzedat to the peons of the Orzhov, and communicates with other guild leaders and members on their behalf. She also gives orders and polite requests to the Worldwalkers under Orzhovan care. She takes great care to make distinctions between requests made on behalf of the Ghost Council, and requests that are from herself directly. It is unlikely that she would spend longer than needed in any given situation - independence and forward thinking are a must for those who wish to climb the religious and financial ladder of the Orzhov.
QUABRIEL Quabriel is a Sergeant in the Wojek League, a branch of the Boros Legion dedicated to maintaining general peace and order. In regards to communicating and maintaining a working relationship with the Worldwalkers, Quabriel is eager to enlist any and all help from the fighters from other lands, should they shoulder the same goals and responsibilities that are upheld in the Legion. Quabriel is rarely seen in a fight herself, but is always itching to join in when circumstances arise that require a stronger hand.
EPNOKEP SENIFET Epnokep is the informal leader and envoy of the Gateless. Worldwalkers may be inclined to join the Gateless, less so for the leadership of the unusual representative, but more for the freedom from Guild politics that being Gateless represents. Epnokep is a charismatic leader who respects everyone under his watch - so long as their respect for his position is returned in kind. Epnokep promises that those with ambition shall be rewarded in kind for their efforts, but is vague on the exact meaning of this. Inspiration of the masses is seen a lot in the speeches and actions of his leadership as he aims to rally the masses to their own defence.
* Epnokep is technically an NPC, but he is also an in-game character played by a moderator, so he will be more active/accessible than the other guild envoys.
